Furnaces

  • Production of metal  – (heart of the Foundry), is  made in two induction furnaces:
    • the first one is the INDUCTOTERM-ELPHIAC with 2 melting-pots with capacity of 2000 kg each, frequency  - 500 Hz with temperature till  1750 °C. Performance 2.1T/h

    • The second one is the Swiss production furnace type BBC 630kW with capacity of 1250 kg, frequency  - 500 Hz with temperature till 1750°C.

  • To fulfil forms we use the traditional tubes, kettle and plug with capacity from  700 to 3000 kg

  • Spherodisation is made by the sandwich-method in one tone slender tube.
