  • Company was come into being in January in the 1991
  • First founders and owners of the Company were:

  • The management of the Foundry were:
    -  Andrzej Piątkowski as the President ,
    - Jerzy Żurawski as the Vice President.
  • Company has started its activity in a foundry rented from the Toruńskie Zakłady Urządzeń Młyńskich Spomasz.
  • In 1993 the Company has bought  machines and buildings where the production activity was lead.
  • The management has been changed in July 1999  Krzysztof Żurawski has taken  the place after Jerzy  Żurawski and has taken all his obligations and  tasks in management. The composition of the management has not changed since that time.
  • Year 2001 has brought a new and important changes in Foundry. In the 4 th quarter our company bought another foundry which was located also in Toruń.  Moving and cumulating the whole production process in one place was allowed us to increase the level of production and develop our offer of many kinds of new materials.
In year 1991 :
  • we were producted our goods from three kinds of the grey iron,
  • the coke furnaces in dimension fi 700,
  • we were employed  29 persons
  • turnover per year was on level  129 thousands Euro,
  • production was run in buildings on area of  2106 m2.
