- Series and non-series production of castings is made of:
- gray iron about dimensions from 1 to 3000 kg,
- spheroidal graphite iron about dimension from 0,5 kg to 3000kg,
- steels about dimensions from 0,5 to 3000 kg.
- Hand forming is made in range given above.
- Machine forming is made according to the maximum dimensions:
- length till 900mm
- width till 700mm
- and height till 700mm.
- Magnus-Nord is the medium-size foundry that produce hand and machine forming castings in sand-mould.
- We realize separate batches (1 unit), small series (2 -100 units), medium series (from 101-5000 units) and bigger for medium and small dimension castings.
- We employ seven chief-engineers.
- We stake on experience of our employee and stability of employment.
- Each of our staff has a few years experience in founding; for instance 12 years all together and 5 years in Magnus-Nord.
